The Leadership Summit on Climate Action will be held on April 13, 2023, from 8:30 am to 2:45 pm at the Albion Community Center in Maple Ridge. A light breakfast, and catered lunch will be available during the program.

At the Summit participants will:

• Discuss recent trends and developments in the region;

• Enable valuable connections and identify tangible solutions between community, stakeholders and government decision makers;

• Discuss best practices and learnings from other municipalities and inform the City’s strategy; and,

• Identify mitigation and adaptation priorities as input to the City's integrated climate action planning process.

Attendees will include local, regional and provincial: elected officials, government, Indigenous partners, experts and academics, community and stakeholder groups as well as members of the local public.
